We coordinate the specialists. You get one relationship.
No single building holds every kind of expertise a long health span needs. So we did the opposite of building one: we built the network, and took on the job of running it.
Four groups, one shared record.
Medical
The clinical spine of the network. These are the practitioners who order and interpret the tests, hold the diagnoses, and decide when something needs to leave the network entirely and go to a specialist.
- Longevity physicians
- Registered nurses
- Cardiometabolic screening labs
- Dentists

Movement
Everything to do with how your body loads, moves and recovers. They screen before anything gets trained, rehabilitate what needs it, and build the strength work that protects the decades ahead.
- Biokineticists & physiotherapists
- Strength & conditioning coaches

Nutrition & skin
The practitioners who translate blood chemistry into what is actually on your plate, and who treat skin as the organ it is rather than as cosmetics.
- Registered dietitians
- Registered skin care therapists

Mind & sleep
Stress, mood, cognition and sleep, held to the same clinical standard as anything else in your record — and to the same confidentiality.
- Clinical psychologists
- Sleep specialists

Every discipline we coordinate.

The handoffs between specialists are our job, not yours.
A network is only worth the name if somebody runs it. Every member has one point of contact at Longevity Namibia who holds the plan, books the next step, and makes sure the practitioner you see in three months knows what the practitioner you saw in March already found.
Practitioners join the network by referral and stay in it by results. Where Namibia does not yet have a discipline in depth, we use trusted referral partners beyond the border rather than pretend the gap is not there.
